Hi all, just posting this on behalf of a mate.
Everytime I switch users, my screen goes black, and the monitor says
'Optimum recommended settings 1650 x 1050 @ 60hz'
That's exactly as I have it set, but still it blanks out and will not
respond until the computer is restarted, which means hitting reset.
It's infuriating. I've loaded new drivers for the video card and the
monitor, no good.
Windows Vista Ultimate
Radeon 9600 Video
Samsung SyncMaster 226BW
AMD Athalon 64 3400+
1GB ram
Any similar experiences? Any Ideas?
