It's pretty damned useless! It's an iPhone with a larger screen and
less functionality (same iPhone os & same apps, but with no phone or
camera functionality). And still no multitasking. Can you imagine not
being able to do something as simple or common as listening to music
while browsing the internet with a device you paid $500 to $800 for?

And the name?! There must not have been any women in the room when they
settled on the name iPad!

First, they have to change the name or pay Fujitsu.

Second, no camera, no optical drive and you can only use one program at
a time.

Third, it's way too expensive when you can get a real lap top for much less.
