Hello Azdiaz
You may have a bad IE add-on causing the issue with the 32-bit versio
of it. See if resetting IE can help. This tutorial will help show yo
how to and how to check for a bad add-on

Usually when a game needs DirectX installed in Vista, it is referrin
to the DirectX 9.0c version
