WP Home SP3 problem

Installed and downloaded sp 3 twice (once with Windows Live firewall
disabled) and both times my machine failed to re-boot. Got as far as the XP
logo then shut down. Had to restart in safe mode to do a system restore to
get back to normal. From what I read that's already posted I'm wondering if
this install problem is just the tip of the iceberg?
