Wrong Driver Recognized inNew hardware Wizzard

sWhen I install a touch screnn monitor, the new hardware wizard looks to
Windoww Update and finds a driver called USB Touchscreen Controller
(Universal). This is the incorrect drivers for this product. How can I find
background information regarding this file? Is it related to Windows XP or
another OS version? Whos product is this driver intended for?

Any help would be appreciated.
