I downloaded the wrong file for PC-cillin Internet Security 2008. B
that, I mean I downloaded the 64-bit version and when I ran it, I wa
told to download the 32-bit version and run that one. I did what wa
said and it works fine. BUT!!! I now have 2 shortcuts on my desktop,
for the 32-bit (works fine) and 1 for the 64-bit version (doesn't work)
So I tried to delete the 64-bit shortcut, but am told the destinatio
folder (I presume the Trashcan) is not accessible, even after I give i
Admin permission. If I uninstall PC-cillin, will it delete everythin
PC-cillin or what?? Then, can I download and re-install PC-cillin?
am able to install it on 3 computers, and own 3 computers, so if
download and reinstall it for this one, I'll be 1 short for my desktop

EDIT: I was wrong in saying I have 2 shortcuts. They aren'
shortcuts, but are the icons for running the programmes. Now how do
get rid of the icon for the 64-bit version of PC-cillin? I also note
in their blurb about installation that after installation, you canno
uninstall Internet Security 2008. What's with that?

I uninstalled PC-cillin using the Control Panel, then deleted th
desktop icons, then re-downloaded the proper 32-bit version an
installed. Everything is OK. Also, when it installs, it automaticall
shuts off Windows Defender, etc. I also made sure to disconnect fro
the 'Net while loading the programme, then reconnected to get the lates
update
