What does it mean? I don't see any Internet Access Control option in Control
Panel. You are talking about menu in your NAV?
In addition, I have 3 computers in my LAN. All are firewalled by the same
router. All have the same AV software. However, the other two work very well.
So I don't think it's because the AV or fireware problem.
Actually I even cannot start BITS service!
