Ws Client Errors & Run-Time Errors

I'm having problems connection to all of my programs when I start up my
computer. It runs very very slow and always tell me when starting up that I
am have Ws Client errors and Run time errors. I have already scan to see if
any type of viruses was in the computer and it does states that there are
none that it is aware of.

I'm sure I might need some kind of updates, but not sure what I will need.
I am not able to connect to the Internet Exployer due to these errors. I'm
afraid to really download anything cause I'm not sure what are you updates or
just bad advertisement. It does always ask me to send a report due to the
errors that it causes to MicroSoft and there where it stops. Can you guide me
on what I should do with the problem i'm experiencing.
