WSUS 0x8244019 and wrong Exe in directory.

I'm getting install failed on a bunch of machines and the logs show:

# WARNING: Download failed, error = 0x80244019

I've worked out that the Exe that the client is trying to download isn't the
one that's in the directory.

i.e. the client is looking for:

Content/44/47F33D4DA73611778D4526A0F867FDAAA58B8644.exe

and in that directory we have:

:8530/Content/44/BFB2828C3DA695A07DFD25D76110CD35DA03E044.exe

How do I fix this? What is falling down? Where is the DB to check out? or is
it in the IIS metabase or something.
