WSUS 3.0 SP!

I am using WSUS 3.0 SP1 and have a CA setup to give a web certificate to the
web site. Everything was working fine until just now. I tryed reinstalling
WSUS and configuring everything just like I had it and it still will no load
the admin console.

The client diagnostic tool shows this

I am using Group Policy to push settings out to the computers in my domain.

sent by the server
