The simplest thing to do is remember what you asked and check it there.
You could also enter your Profile and see which of your Notification items
would apply (e.g. by comparing URLs). Alternatively, it is not that difficult
to derive a usable URL from the redirected one or from the link in the
notification.

Post either of those links in their entirety if you need more help.
Note that some users seem to get their links chopped into two
or more lines. If that is your case you would have to concatenate
