WSUS 3.0 + VMware

I don't recall seeing a post about this, but has anyone had any experience
virtualizing their WSUS box? Any pro's or con's with virtualizing?

I have Wsus 3.0 running on a VMware server runs pretty nicely. Guests and
host are all running Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 enterprise. I didn't really
see any difference in the way it ran over it not being virtualized and since
we had more things that used IIS ports such as Sharepoint we were able to set
it to any port we liked instead of 8530. You do need a pretty beefy server
to run a bunch of VMs effectively.
