WSUS 3 Update Schedule Flexibility

Dear WSUS 3 Guru,
Is there a way to schedule update only on Sunday thru Thursday night
only? I know that the group policy template does not give us that option
but is there a work around? Perhaps with the WMI Filtering but
unfortunately I'm not to familiar with it.
