WSUS Admin web page

I have WSUS installed with no errors in either the system or application
event logs. However, when I use a web browser on any machine including the
one WSUS is installed on, I get this error instead of the admin web page:

Cannot execute a program. The command being executed was
"c:\winnt\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.4322\csc.ex e" /noconfig
@"C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Tempo rary ASP.NET
Files\wsusadmin\fb914052\91a59ee2\u2nms0ym.cmdline ".

Anyone have any ideas? I can't find any reference in the Knowledge Base,
and it is beginning to look like IIS and .Net is hosed.
