WSUS and 0x80244019 error

I recently installed the WSUS in a windows 2000 server. Most of the computers
registered correctly with the WSUS. The first updates they try to get is the
BITS update and the Installer 3.1. The problem is that most of the clients
are failing to get the update with error 0x80244019 If i manualy install the
updates they receive the rest with no other problem (at least the 3 clients i
tried).

How can i resolve the problem;

Is there a way to find to what file name the update has been saved in the
WSUS server; Is it possible to instract the WSUS to download again a patch;
