WSUS and /PAE, /3GB

Hi all,
I have a 2-way box with 8gb of Ram running Server 2K3 Standard. It's
currently got SQL Server 2000, WSUS and two other apps installed. I am
aware of the steps that I have to take with SQL server and I'm waiting
to hear from the other app vendors on the following...

Can anyone shed any light on the merit of running WSUS on a box with
both /PAE and /3GB added to boot.ini? Is WSUS "LARGE_ADDRESS_AWARE" and
AWE aware?
