WSUS Automatic Approval

I recently setup a WSUS Server. I have certain servers that I need to EXCLUDE
updates from. I created a separate group in the WSUS console and left them
out of automatically installing the updates. However, by default they are
still listed in the "ALL COMPUTERS" list and with that set to download and
install the updates... It seems the only way I can block the updates to that
group is to manually choose "DECLINE" for that group for every single update.
This really creates a problem when new updates are downloaded.

If there is an easier way for this to work PLEASE let me know.
