WSUS cannot download W2k3 SP2 (32-bit)

Hi,
WSUS 2.0 SP1 cannot download this specific update only. It has been in
production for many months, it downloaded the W2k3 SP2 (64-bit) and many
other updates.

I restrarted the BITS service, "update services" service and the particular
update several times but without success. The download always get stuck at
172.61 MB.

Any Idea?

If I try to access the discussion group using Web-based Newsreader) I receive
"Discussion group not found".

I had a hard time navigating in the news groups using drop-down at
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/.

Finished of this thread.

The issue was timeout for the download caused by firewall/IPS device.
