WSUS client got mad---please HELP

i'm using WSUS to deploy to windows server 2003 enterprise edition. the WSUS
console always shows "download succeed" but got no appearance on taskbar. i'm
using a user in administrators group. how can i reset the client to allow the
local admin to click it to install patches?
