WSUS Client --help

My 2003 server is not pulling the patches from wsus.
I stopped WUAUSERV
rename SoftwareDistribution folder
Start wuauserv
then wuauclt /resetauthorization/detectnow

WSUS is reporting 27 patches is needed for my server. When I run windows
update i get the same number from microsoft.
this is my last update log

Download and run the Client Diagnostic Tool on this Windows Server 2003
system and post the complete results.

There are no issues with the CDT output.

The client seems to be unaware of its target group membership, which could
quite well account for its inability to detect any approved updates.

Verify that the server is configured correctly, that the policy is
configured correctly, that the policy has fully applied to the client, and
then run:

wuauclt /resetauthorization /detectnow

on the client, wait 30 minutes, and check again.

If that still does not fix the issue, repost the WindowsUpdate.log entries
for this run of 'wuauclt /resetauthorization /detectnow'
