WSUS Client not reporting into Server

Receiving this error message WARNING: Reporter failed to upload events with
hr = 80072f8f.

All other clients are working correctly just this one Windows 2003 Server.
All the correct windows update agent is installed and I have followed most
other options.

Hello Kate,

Please confirm your system clock and Time Zone also the Date are set
properly,

Having it set incorrectly can cause this type of behavior.

Have tried that already and no such luck!!
Any other ideas as I think I have already exhausted the Microsoft articles!
