WSUS Client visible on SUS but not downloading

Hi,
I've just about pulled all my hair out on this one. I have installed WSUS
on a 2003 server and this synchronises fine. I can also see the few
computers which I have pointed to the server for updates. The problem is
that the clients are not updating. I have tried pointing to IP instead of
name and other things but with no joy. If anything, my log looks worse now
than it did before.

Please can anyone help me?
