WSUS clients are not appearing in WSUS console

Hi,
Recently i have installed WSUS3.0 in my organization and updates are pushing
to clients are fine but i am facing issue with some of clients are appearing
in my WSUS console please help out me in this issue.

Not really possible unless you tell us what the issue is first. Clients are
supposed to appear in the WSUS console. Is the problem that some of them aren't?
