WSUS Configuration Questions

I remember there being an option for WSUS to tell you what time to alert you
to reboot your server. How can I change that? Also since I can only reboot
at night is there a way to shut off that reboot now or later message. It
pops up about every 5 minutes and it gets annoying. And ticks off everyone
in the organization. I know that the server needs rebooted but not everyone
needs to know that. Thanks
