WSUS downstream servers showing as 0% installed/not applicable per

I have installed a clean ver of WSUS 3.0 SP1 and created 7 downstream
servers, everything seems to be working fine. I have notice that on the main
WSUS server it show 5 of the 7 servers as 0% installed/not applicable. I need
some ideas on why that is..
