WSUS Error 506

Hello Newsgroup,
we have updated SUS to WSUS and it runs at port 80. All clients are
collected properly and deliver their status reports. However, at the
WSUSADMIN-site and also in the application log we find the well known error
message 506. It tells that the self-update-structure does not work and the
clients are unable to connect to the server. We run the
installselfupdateonport80.vbs, restart the IIS and the update service and the
error message doesn`t appear again. It seems to work now but 10 minutes later
the error message appears again. A restart of update service helps for 10
minutes and so on...
Does anybody knows a way to correct it?
