WSUS Error - Not able to install - Please help

Recently I have configured WSUS. It works fine in almost all machines except
a 2-3 machines where it throws the following error.
Even when i try to install the updates after copying the executables,it
throws error saying " You dont have permission to install, Please contact the
system administrator ". I'm loggig in using Domain Admin but still surprising
!
Any help will be very much appreciated

Event Log Error Message :
" Installation failure : windows failed to install the following update with
error 0x8007f004 "

I'm able to install it now. I followed the below steps..I did nothing...jus
registered the DLL's.

REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\wuapi.dll
REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\wuaueng.dll
REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\atl.dll
REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\wucltui.dll
REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\wups.dll

And started the Automatic Update Service, It started to pull the updates and
installed without any problem.
