Windows Server Update Services
It is a central server based repository for Windows Updates that get
deployed to the network PC's - thus saving bandwidth and providing
centralised control and deployment options.

Yes
From the WSUS link above, see what you can dig up on the wsusmove
utility. It moves the data repository (the biggie!). Actually, it
doesn't move it, it copies it - but you can delete the original
repository manually once you check it's all working.

To move the database, disconnect it from SQL Management console
(download the freebie if you need to) - copy the files to the drive and
folder of your choice, and then reconnect to that.

Not IMO.
Before you do anything, run the SBS Best Practices Analyser - it should
report if you are not using the latest WSUS (though it could be updated
to that after the move no probs).
