WSUS GetAuthorizationCookie failure

I'm having a heck of a time getting this WSUS server up and running.

Issue 1: I can't get any of my machines to report.

Issue 2: I can't get any of my machines to download any updates.

I've ran the wuauclt /detectnow utility on one workstation and below is my
output from the windowsupdate.log.

I have a GPO set up correctly. I can successfully run the client utility.
All connections pass.

Can someone show me the light ! ?
