WSUS migrate approvals from WSUSserver

Dear All
i have install and setup wsus server before
and i want to copy all the thing include(content and approvals to
others(wsus server)
wsusutils.exe only migrate to sus 1.0 but wsus is can't
how can i migrste approvals from one wsus to other wsus?
