Has anyone set up a single WSUS server connected as a member server in w2k3
environment and have it service more than the domain it's in?
I read where someone has done this but haven't been able to find the rest
of the post on the details.

-Thanks

Yep.

That's because there are no "Details" to be had. Set up the server,
configure the URL for the client, and you're done.

And, everything else is at

Is it possible to delegate which updates go to certain domains? Or does WSUS
only deliver approved updates to all machines in all domains?

Only through the assignment of WSUS Target Groups. You could create a group,
or a collection of groups, that contain only machines from domain 'A', and
another group, or collection of groups, that contain only machines from
domain 'B'.

The /client/ detectcs approved updates according to which target group(s)
the update has been approved for installation to. If you have three groups:
Group1, Group2, and Group3, and approve an update for Group2 only, then the
update will only be installed on those computers that are assigned
membership in Group2.
