WSUS - Possible to manually add updates.

Hi,

I have a very security minded customer that will not enable internet access
for any workstations or servers within a new deployment. Since Windows Update
is not an option I have been trying to find a solution that will let me
download security updates to a server or workstation, burn them to DVD, bring
them to the customer site and import them to a WSUS server to deploy to the
application servers and clients.

Is it possible to import a group of security updates (downloaded from
windows update into a wu folder) into a WSUS server?
If not does anyone have another suggestion that does not involve 3rd party
software?
