WSUS Report for machine Model

I currently run WSUS 3.0 SP1 i am after getting a report which will run and
then pull the information from the "additional details" section which
displays the computer model. Is this possible?

Not in the native product using the native interface.

You can write an applet using the API, or a report using SQL Report Manager
(if you're using SQL 2005 Standard Edition as the database).

Or you can consider a third party product which provides extensive reporting
capabilities above and beyond the core product,
such as EminentWare's WSUS Extension Pack (http://www.EminentWare.com).
