WSUS Server- Windows 2003

Set it up back in early Feb 2005. It stopped synchronizing in June. Now can't
get to work even manually. Looked at event viewer and logs and get basically
Http 403 forbidden errors. Not using proxy server and when I do an nslookup
for windowsupate.microsoft.nsatc.net - I get 207.46.225.221. What happened
and how can I fix this. See errors below.
