WSUS settings defined via template/policy

I work on computer - often having to reformat/reinstall. I have a WSUS
server that saves me tons of time installing the updates. But I have
to go in and manually change the setting to point to my server, then
manually set them back when the computer is ready to go back to the
customer. Is there a way to create an ADM template, or registry
template that I can import/export to make these changes for me?

You could use the reg export and reg import commands.
