WSUS setup issue

I am installing WSUS on a new Windows Server 2003 server. It was previously
installed on a Windows 2000 server. On the old server I had additional
categories for SQL, Exchange, Office, etc. On the new server those
categories are missing. How do I set up to use those additional categories?
