WSUS Update / Refresh Intervals....

Sorry if this is a dumb question... I have dianosed a problem with one of
our apps to an update from Microsoft. I have uninstalled the update and
declined it on our WSUS server. However, the update is still showing as
available on the client stations. I will approve the update when I find out
excatly what's happening, but until then I don't want the update applied.
When I run Microsoft Update on the workstations I see the update. Am I
missing something?
