WSUS on XPSP2

I have a new W2K3 AD environment w/ XPSP2 w/s. Just installed WSUS on a new
w2k3 server. Everything seems fine, found test w/s in the WSUS. Created
test group, etc.
Monitored WU starting on XP W/S, yellow indicator said 6% downloading
updates. But nothing happend afterwards. Here is the windowsupdate.log.
Any idears?
