Hi,
The music you are listening to, is it music files on the pc or a CD running
in the drive? If it's the latter, you likely have a direct cable from the
drive to the sound card so that music plays without involving the rest of
the system. The problem you are seeing, freezing without a stop error, is
more than likely related to faulty hardware. If you are actually playing
music files on the system when everything becomes non-responsive, you may
want to check the system for malware. One of the files my have a hitchhiker
that is executing when the file is loaded into a player.
