Blaine,
You've got a virus. Do a Google search for WToolsA and find out how to get
rid of it. It has created a directory on your computer and has changed
entries in your registry and installed files in your Windows\System folder.
I believe to finally remove this you'll have to do it from Safe Mode. I had
this earlier in the year.
