WU with 3rd Party Tool and outside the company from MS Site?

Hi,
I'm just wondering if someone has the same situation as we have:
We use NetInstall from enteo to deploy Patches, it uses WUAU to install.
But we had performance problems if Automatic Update is set to "Automatic
Updates", we set, via GPO, now to "Turn off Automatic Updates".
Now some users wants to have the ability to install patches when they are
outside the company, in fact via internet directly from the MS WU site.
Is it possible to use an internal Patchdeployment (for example with WSUS)
and have the ability to have Automatic Updates form the internet at the same
time?
