WU & Spybot 0x80072EE2

Hi
Since the Windows update V5 upgrade on my XP Pro machine I had the error
80072EE2 and was trying to follow the tons of advices for this error without
any success.
Nothing was working until I stop Spybot.
Now Windows update works without any problem. I've started again Spybot and
again it does not work.
I can reproduce each time without changing anything else than start/stop
spybot.
I don't have any problem with Windows update V4.

Any idea ?
