0x80240020 -2145124320 SUS_E_NO_INTERACTIVE_USER interactive user is missing
to finish the operation
When accessing the Update site, you receive the 0x80240020 error.

Also check this points suggested by TaurArian [MS-MVP]
Suggestions for checking purposes -
1. Click Start, Select Run, and type in: services.msc
2. Double-click on the Automatic Updates service.
3. Click the Log On tab.
4. Check Log On as Local System Account.
5. Click Apply and OK.
6. Right-click on the Automatic Updates service and click Start.
Also check the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) and the Event
Log Service to
make sure they are Log On as Local System Account.
