0x80040111 - ClassFactory cannot supply requested class
Just a guess but, is the BITS service disabled ?
Check in the Services console by going to Start > Run and typing in
services.msc
Click OK
Click on the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
If it's already started then the Stop the service button is available
If it isn't started, then double click BITS and set the Startup type to
Manual
Click Apply, OK
Close the Services console.
