WU downloads keep stalling...

Is there some issue with windowsupdate.microsoft.com site lately? About 50%
of the downloads I am attempting are stalling in the 1-2MB downloaded range...

I am not seeing any performance issues with any other sites. I have tried
both with and without a proxy. Other things on the MS site (like I downloaded
the scripting engine 5.6 upgrade, and a fresh IE 6 SP1 install) seem to be
going fine. This is really annoying, I've been at this for two days (off and
on) now for six freakin servers.
