WU Error Code 8024402C

Hi, pls help, I've just upgrade my XP to Vista Ultimate and I just cant get
any updates for my new installation.

You may receive a "0x8024402C" error message when you scan for updates on the Windows

Sometimes rebooting and reconnecting to the internet helps.
