WU offers still Q867801

Hello Group,

I have a Problem with the latest Update Q867801 on a
Win2k-SP4 System with IE6-SP1 (including all available
updates).

After installing it by WU, WU still remainds me, that this
update is available. I`ve uninstalled it more times, and also
cleard the registry. But the problem still exists.

Has anyone any idea.
