I am using a windows 2000 system. When I attempt to run windows update, I
get error 0x8DDD0018. It basically says that one of either Bits, Automatic
Updates, or Event Log services are not running. All three of these services
are running fine. I recieve critical updates automatically but if I want to
use the website to get all updates, I get this error. Does anyone know what
causes this? I am totally up to date as of about one month ago. Please Help!
