WU Site - "Internal problem"

On one of the machines at work, when I go to the WU site and choose either
"Custom" or "Express" install, I get a page that states there has been
"...an internal problem and the page cannot be displayed" (or something to
that effect). The other machine updates fine, as does home computer.

Do I need to re-install WU software? There really isn't any other info
given.
