WU is slow downloading updates

Hi

Did a fresh install today with Win XP Pro. When entering windows update
all went fint except that the downloading of the updates going really really
slow with aprox 0.1mb/min it takes forever to download all these updates.
What could be the cause of this? Is the WU server hogged or something?

I have no problem downloading fast from other places. Normaly I download
with a speed of 600Kb+/sec with my 8 mbit ADLS line. Only WU seems slow,
and I mean really really slow

This also happened to me and it was on a Windows ME machine. I was also
using a ASDL connection. I have a client that is also having a problem with
windows update, but his problem is it takes three minutes just to load the
windows update page. He is also using an ASDL connection.
